Tessa Edick

As Founder of the Culinary Partnership in 2010, Tessa Edick attributes her entrepreneurial expertise to all things culinary making food people love and love to eat. From recipe to retail shelves, Edick launches innovative food products in proven programs with a commitment to farm fresh ingredients, differentiation and responsible food choices. Founder of Sauces ‘n Love, Inc., a Boston-based 13 year-old food manufacturer, she developed two brands of Italian specialty food products into multiple revenue streams revolutionizing ready-made sauce in a jar and single-handedly securing over 200 print and television media impressions in building the company into an international force. Ms. Edick has earned 13 NASFT Sofi Awards (the food “Oscars”) and gotten foodies to fall ‘n love. Even Oprah featured two different “pasta perfect” favorites in her magazine "O Lists." A creative idea machine and constant source of high-energy, Ms. Edick brings passion and big ideas for food, travel and culture to all projects. She launched over 20 food brands currently on shelves, managing publicity campaigns and creating celebrity product lines for Todd English, Tom Colicchio and founding a food and travel company with popular restaurant chefs. Continuing as a consultant for new product development for Whole Foods, Williams- Sonoma, Sur La Table, Bjs Wholesale and Royal Caribbean, Edick expresses her creativity in brand strategy, business development, networking and innovative marketing concepts. To date, the Culinary Partnership portfolio includes Red Boat Fish Sauce, Chuy Bravo, Van Wyck & Van Wyck, Stone Hearth Pizza, Maya Kaimal, Sauces 'n Love, EricWilliamsYo and more. In 2011, Culinary Partnership created and produced the first Friends of the Farmer: Hudson Valley Food Lovers Festival, a regional food event celebrating the farm to table movement and culinary accomplishments of local farmers, food purveyors and our future farmers. First year captured 1300 attendees and established the FarmOn! Foundation which raised $5,000.00 to establish a educationally based agriculture entrepreneur's camp with Cornell Coop Extension, 4H and QuestarIII to realize the first part of the festival mission: Succession, Community, Commerce & Sustainability and continue the dialog about viability of livelihoods for the next generation of Hudson Valley Farmers.
