- What is Your Outside Food and Beverage Policy?

No outside food and beverages are allowed at any of the three events. Guests bringing in outside food and beverages will be asked to leave.
- What is Your Smoking Policy?

Friends of the Farmer encourages a smoke free environment. If you must smoke at the Hootenanny or Farm Fest we ask that you do so away from children and guests and take all smoking materials with you when you leave the event. The Hoedown policy will be governed by the host venue.
- What is Your Pet Policy?

As much as we love pets- especially farm pets- our insurance will not allow yours to be brought to any of the events. We thank you for leaving them at home.
- What is Your Rain Policy?

The Hootenanny and Hoedown are “rain or shine” events. The Farm Fest is weather permitting at the discretion of management. A rain date will be distributed via email to all ticket holders in the event of cancellation.
- What is Your Audio/Video Recording Policy?

Non-pro digital and still cameras (no tripods) are encouraged at all events. No video or audio recording devices are permitted.
If you would like to apply for a Professional Press Pass please submit this application to [email protected] one month prior to event date. After that time no applications will be accepted.
- Are Camping Facilities Available?

Camping is not facilitated at any of the events. Please see this abbreviated list of nearby accommodation options.
- What Should I Bring to Farm Fest?

An empty cooler for shopping (will be checked upon entry if not left in the car), sun hat/umbrella, sunscreen, walking shoes (it’s a working farm), picnic blanket.
- Is There an ATM at Farm Fest?

Yes. There are multiple ATM machines in the center of town.
- Are Credit Cards Accepted at Farm Fest?

Yes. Credit cards are accepted at Friends of the Farmer Festival.
- Which Local Farms and Food Artisans will be at Farm Fest?

- What is the Hootenanny Dress Code?

Farm chic and casual! Some years it’s hot and some years it’s cool so check the weather! Flat shoes are recommended as the event is hosted on the greens.
- Are Credit Cards Accepted at the Hootenanny?

There is no vending at the Hootenanny, and no need for a credit card.
