An unparalleled farm-to-table dinner featuring the cuisine of abc kitchen 4-Star Celebrity Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. A multi-course menu sourced locally from 50+ family farms honor Hudson Valley agriculture with Great Performances celebration of food on site for a family-style farm fresh meal and spit-roasted meat sourced only five miles away from the meal.This lakeside benefit dinner and fun filled evening inspires you to Fork-it-over in support of local food, farming and the future of agriculture in New York State.
